Our 2017 meeting is around the corner. things are really looking very good for our time together in Lima, Peru.ook

We are finalizing the preparations for our meeting, and we are very thankful to all who have already sent us your photo and short bio. A small group of us have still to send that key piece of information to Amelia.

We have to finish the collection of material for the booklet this coming Tuesday. I am asking you to send your photo and bio by this coming Tuesday, please. If we do not receive your material, your information will not be in the booklet. the purpose of the booklet is to facilitate interactions by sharing information about each one of us to one another.

Also, if you are going to Macchu Picchu, we will need a copy of your passport. Please, if you have not sent that to Amelia, do it urgently, as we will need the copy by February 6.

Finally, if you are new to the Marketplace or to the Global Tableof Senior Pastors, plan to bring a beautiful 3 to 4 minutes video introducing you and what you do to be shown to all during our time in Lima.

Our hotel will be the Swissotel Lima, located on Av. Santo Toribio 173 Vía Central 150, Centro Empresarial Real, San Isidro 15073, Peru – Phone: +51 1 4214400.

This is one of the best hotels in Lima, if not the best. We will start out meeting with the lunch of the 7th of March, and we will finish the meeting with the lunch of the 10th.

All breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunches are included in the amount you paid online. For dinners, you can choose one of the five incredible restaurants inside the hotel premises. You probably noticed that we have charged less this year than was charged last year. the reason is that we are not covering the dinners.

Some people, in the past meetings, had not even the appetite to eat after two large meals and two good coffee breaks during the day, or just wanted a bowl of soup and cup of coffee or tea. Nonetheless, because the negotiations with the hotels in the past, they had to pay for a full meal, even not willing to eat. Now this will be no longer the case. You can choose whatever you want to eat for dinner, and it will be on your responsibility to pay for that. At the end, you will be saving some dollars compared to the last meetings. I hope you like that.

Amelia and I will be in Lima, in one week to finalize the details for our meeting. I will send you another email with information about the options to go from the Airport to the Hotel after we meet with the team in Lima.
