GKPN IN LISBON – WHAT A BLESSING!

This year’s meeting in Lisbon was phenomenal. All the reviews are indicating a very high level of satisfaction by those who have attended it.

God was really present with us. The highlights of the meeting were:

a. The wonderful group of new pastors and marketplace leaders joining the network. They are adding much to the quality and potentials of the GKPN.

b. The incredible report of the state of Christianity in the world, especially in respect to the Suffering Church. We were all moved to tears as we heard and celebrated with our brothers and sisters bringing their stories. God is at work.

c. The incredible blessings of the Refugee Initiative Fund. Over 50,000 people were helped by the funds given by the members. The GKPN Network partnered with local churches in Egypt, Iraq, S’yria, Lebanon and Jordan to bring relief and love to those in distress. Many testimonies were given about conversions to Christ among the population of those areas. Praise God.

d. European Refugee Challenge. Our European colleagues blessed us with wonderful reports of great movements of people to Christ, especially in the Nordic Countries area and in Germany. Praise God.

e. Global Youth Initiative. Ten youth leaders of the churches in the network blessed us with their passion and willingness to reach the youth generation to Christ. The GKPN has eight youth regional chapters in activity. All of them are having their chapter meetings and congresses during the upcoming two years. Lima, Peru, will host the global meeting of June 2018, where 25,000 youth leaders from all over the world will come together for a new season of holiness, discipleship and missions. Wonderful.

f. GKPN meeting 2017. The date for our global meeting in 2017 is chosen already. We will meet on March 7-10. The venue is under discussion. We are considering Lima, Peru, or Dubai as possible venues. Everything will depend upon costs and easy flight connections. Please, pray about it, as the team comes to a decision in the upcoming days.

g. We all gave thanks to God for the wonderful work of those involved in preparing the meeting for us in Lisbon. They did an incredible job.

In Christ,

Elias
